What We Offer

Great news! All of our support for employers and carers groups is now delivered online, enabling more people to benefit and have the chance to share experiences with others.

The Covid pandemic has put a new spotlight on the vulnerabibility of older people and caused additional worries for their families. We are tailoring our support to help with this.

Both our popular workshop programme, and our new offer 'The Final 15' are available as webinars as well as face-to-face. With 6 complementary topics, 'The Final 15' is proving inspiring and thought-provoking in helping people to plan for final years.

Latest News

In the lead in to Grandparents day on 4th October we will be offering HR professionals a free taster webinar to showcase the support we offer to employers.

1 in 8 carers are employed and many give up work or reduce their hours because of the stresses and strains of balancing working life and caring.

Our workshops are designed to help them explore positive approaches and strategies to respond to the challenges of incorporating the needs of an elderly person in their lives.

Details of the free taster will follow soon, or email office@caring4eldersuk.org.uk to express an interest or discuss our support.

Opinion

Which? has campaigned during COVID-19 to prevent the loss of facilities for those who need or prefer to use cash and our Director Hilary Cooper, is involved in the national debate - read about her research here.
